Please note that these conditions apply to online orders only. In store we offer a credit note or exchange on items purchased.

Merchandise

At She Devil, we make every effort to ensure that the information on this website is accurate.The colours of garments shown are representative and may not reflect exact shades, although this is the case for any item being viewed on a computer screen.

Whilst we stock a large number of outfits and sizes it may be that on some occasions your size has not been stocked by us or is showing out of stock, if this is the case then please contact us via phone number 01782 710998 within our opening hours which are currently 10am to 5pm Monday - Saturday (Sunday Closed). Alternatively use our online contact form and we will do our utmost best to see if we can order this item in for you, aiming to keep our order time down to a minimum.

Faulty Merchandise

Whilst all our items being sent out will meet strict Quality control, if on receipt of an item it is found to be damaged , you must return this item to us within seven days. We will then offer an immediate replacement if the item is in stock or we can order a replacement as soon as possible. We will also offer a refund if the item is no longer in stock.

Ordering

All orders can be made online using our secure ordering system. Orders can also be made by phoning the store on +44 (0) 1782 710899 during working hours. 

We accept all major credit cards including American Express and all debit cards.

Please note that many of our labels may carry different currency prices and only the GBP (£) shown is applicable to our store.

Please note that whilst stock levels are live with our boutique all items are subject to availability.

Delivery

Please rest assured we are working hard to get your order delivered within the delivery timeframe as per the information below. We cannot always guarantee delivery times will be met as delays may occur outside our control. We thank you for your kind understanding and patience.

Fast delivery 1-3 working days: Free postage on orders £99 or over, for orders under £99 a small charge of £4.99 will be applied.

Sale Occasionwear, due to rising costs we have had apply a postage charge of £9.99 to each order.

Orders made on friday before 2pm will normally be processed on the following Monday, in case of Monday Bank Holidays items will be posted Tuesday.

Next Day delivery guaranteed order before 12 Noon Mon- Thurs £9.75

Orders processed after 12pm for next day delivery will be processed the following day.

UK Saturday delivery guaranteed if ordered by 10am on Friday £12.00

Claims for non-delivery cannot be accepted after 30 days from dispatch 

Orders to Southern Ireland

Unfortunately due to high costs in postage we have to charge £16.95

Please note that any additional import/custom duties are the liability of the customer. Refusal to pay any additional charges may result in your parcel being returned back to us. If this occurs your order will be refunded when the return is processed, however, our shipping charges shown above will not be refunded.

Once the parcel leaves our premises and handed to our courier, the delivery is out of our hands. However, it is rare the delivery aim is not met.

Claims for non-delivery cannot be accepted after 30 days from dispatch.

We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company's appointed courier.

Returns

We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase but if for any reason you are not satisfied then we will exchange or refund the item(s) you have ordered provided, that you notify us within 7 days of receipt of purchase and that they are returned with all the labels attached and in an unworn and perfect condition within a period of 14 days. When trying on your clothes please ensure  you are not wearing any perfumes or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the items We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on any items that are marked or damaged in any way.All items are fitted with an Anti Tamper label which must not be removed unless you are keeping as there will be no refund if removed. 

For International customers, any import/export customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Email us on info@shedevilclothing.co.uk within 7 days of receipt of your purchase and notify us that you would like to return an item (s) indicating which item (s) you are returning and if you would like an exchange if possible.Use the returns number on your returns form filling it out appropriately so we know .

In Store Purchases

Items purchased in store may be returned within 7 days for an exchange or a store credit only. We do not offer a refund for in store purchases.

Garments must be in the same condition as sold with tickets attached. For hygiene reasons; headpieces and jewellery are non-refundable. 

Please ensure this returns number is clearly visible on the outside of the box with the returned goods.

Place the returns form with your returned parcel with the items you are returning. The Customer is responsible for the cost of the return of parcel. including any customs charges for international orders). We strongly advise you return these via a tracked delivery method and insure your returned  parcel in case of loss or damage  and retain the proof of delivery. We are not liable for lost goods. Return Postage is at your own expense.

Refunds

Only when the goods have been returned and checked will a refund be issued .From our confirmation of goods returned then in general card payment refunds may take up to five working days to show back in your account. Refunds will be made via the original method of payment and card used.

We guarantee to refund any item(s) purchased that you are not satisfied with once it has been returned to us in a perfect and saleable condition and a refund usually processed within 24 hours of receiving parcel.

Privacy

At She Devil we take your privacy very seriously and as of the 25th May 2018, with the implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we are ensuring that all of our activities are GDPR compliant.

It is important that you are aware when placing an order with us , either by phone or through our online checkout of the data we will collect. The information we retain and that is needed to fulfil your order will include your Name, Shipping address, billing address, Email, Purchase history as well as your telephone number.

Your payment details will be processed via credit card which  include American Express.

Your details will never be passed to a third party for marketing purposes. Any personal data you provide us with will be treated as confidential in accordance with the Data Protection Act and will never be passed to any Third Parties.
